Ways to increase your MLM recruiting

Ways to increase your MLM recruiting

Recruiting in your home based MLM business can be exciting and challenging and it can also be rewarding when you receive override commissions earned from sales made by a new business partner.

Today I'm here to talk about niche recruiting and how to really try to hone in a particular type of recruit. Think about it. What industry does your MLM serve?

If you are into nutrition products, who better to have on your team than say a bunch of nutritionists, doctors and health professionals?

If you are in a company that sells a professional services product such as Pre Paid Legal Services for instance, you market an insurance type product to help cover legal expenses. Who better to have join your marketing team than a line of attorneys and insurance agents and maybe even real estate professionals? People who understand essentially how your product is sold!

When you focus on what the prospective partner is familiar with, you will be able to bring more niche based professionals to see the need for your product or service.

Showcase testimonials and stories of other successful people in the company. Like take 5 great testimonials from say just doctors or attorneys in your company or business who have done very well and then simply call a bunch of people in that niche market, offer them some free information to see if there's a benefit for them.

Have conversations and keep your contact rate up. When you talk to attorneys, now you will be specializing in their field and they will feel you have more understanding of them in general, then they will look more deeply at your opportunities and services.

When talking to experienced professionals, we always want to edify their knowledge and professionalism to show that we highly value their partnership and contributions to it. We want to be on a same level where we can discuss their topics comfortably and that we understand where a prospect is "coming from" if that makes sense!

People don't mind being sold if they can clearly see the obvious benefits to them. You must be clear on HOW IT WILL BENEFIT THEM from their perspective.

Don't over complicate matters. Make cold calls. Have 2-5 full conversations a day. It will take some work, but you will find people will become interested and you will build some heat in your business quickly.

Use a simple, non aggressive approach with the main goal of getting a lot of information out to NEW PEOPLE and remaining very enthusiastic. If you move slow and don't work much, you may or may not get a positive response, but if you work consistently and contact a significant number of new people for the week like say 25-100, then you will definitely see a lot of people responding positively.

The key is keeping up your numbers and focusing on having at least 2 full conversations per day part time or 5 full time. Their are scripts within this blog to help you get started. Simply check out the links to the left and you will find a menu of other ideas to use in your home based marketing efforts.

Remember to think simple. There's really 2 most critical things that must happen to keep your business in progress. 1. Adding/cultivating new prospects into your permanent contact follow up list and 2. Getting them in front of a full presentation of at least 15 minutes or longer to hear about your product or services.
